Bio
Terry's background includes over 30 years of broad experience in organizational leadership, training and development, human resources and manufacturing management, safety and health, and distribution in the chemical industry, municipal management in the public sector, and board management in not-for-profit organizations.
Terry received his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine and a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Springfield College. From 1966 through 1996, Terry worked for Monsanto Company in Springfield, Massachusetts and in Trenton, Michigan. There he served several roles in manufacturing, human resources, safety and eventually as Training Director, where he was a certified Zenger Miller Team Leadership Instructor.
In addition to his current consulting role, Terry serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Psychology Departments at BayPath and Springfield Colleges and at the Center for Business and Professional Development at Holyoke Community College. Terry also serves on the boards of several local and regional non-profit organizations and has served two terms as a Selectman for the Town of Wilbraham.
